 Our frac sand load out systems are designed to simplify the load out process into tanker trucks.  A 25ton hopper with air, or electric slide gate feeds a 24" conveyor with cleated belt, covers, discharge hood and 3' gum rubber boot.  Catwalk with a manually adjusted operator bridge (with safety jib) is optional.
